Crack of Arse Challenge

Amelia Burton regularly holds a twitter/facebook 'Crack of Arse' challenge.  A crack of arse challenge is when you get up at sparrow's fart for a week and post the photos on Twitter or FB.  It's a bit of fun and while I always get up at stupid o'clock to train it is nice to know that there are plenty of other peeps out there doing the same thing.  I have compiled this week's photos along with one of my evening sessions that I had this week at home.
