Round 2 of the 12wbt has begun. There was a small part of me that was tempted to join up for another round, particularly since my weight has increased a little since the end of the last round. Realistically, though, it has always been up to me to exercise and eat well, even while doing the 12wbt. Do I need a program to tell me what to do? Not at the moment. I think it's important for me to train without the pressure of a challenge.

I'm with you, Mich. Considered joining round 2 for a short while (about 5 minutes) and realised it was going to be the same menu plans and the same workouts all over again, so I will be just plodding along with my own journey to fitness...with a bit o variety thrown in. Best of luck to you.xo
I think we are at that point where we know what we are doing and, like you, have the support network from previous members.
I agree. At some point we have to just do it because we can and want to instead of it always being a 'challenge'. Great to hear you have the tools and support in place to help you as you go it alone.

Magda - As much as I love the program I was finding it was taking up a large chunk of my time with the forums, weekly surprises, mindset lessons etc. It's nice to not have that pressure there. I may go back and do another round in the future (just for a push every now and then) but at the moment I need to have a break from it all.
