This week has very little routine at all. I've had 2 days out of the lab sampling both 6 am starts and one of those was nearly a 12 hour day. There has been very little in the way of planned training as I usually get home shattered. On the upside, I get loads of incidental exercise as sampling involves a lot of lifting and because I was out in the boat having to pull start it as well as lifting the motor in and out of the water as it got to shallow water. My upper body got absolutely caned.
I started the week at 54.0 kg (after not weighing myself for nearly 2 weeks) but today I'm back down to 52.8 kg. Nice little drop due to TTOM - I'm hoping for a smidge more in the next few days.
