Operation Fiji

The plan is to hawt for our Fiji trip in September. I'm not doing anything too crazy to get there, just good food, no mindless eating, and I have signed up for a round of the 12wbt to keep me motivated. I am planning on doing the Lean and Strong program, I'll be interested to see if the calories are restricted to 1200 calories (I daresay it will be). If it is I will add a little extra to keep me going.

woohoo go for it Michelle. I'm sure you'll be smokin by the time Fiji comes around. I decided against the 12wbt as I needed to do something NOW and am happily gping it alone :-)
