Today I have officially started my second 12 week challenge. I think I might be a little bit crazy but summer is just around the corner and I am determined to look fab in my bikinis. Here are my goals:
I am so happy and thankful now that my body fat is 18%
I strive constantly to improve my body and optimize my genetic potential.
I am keeping up these lifestyle changes.
I have clearly visible abs by December.
I am drinking 2L of water a day.
My current stats are:
Chest: 76.2 cm
Waist: 61.3 cm
Waist around navel: 68 cm
Calves: 36 cm
Arms: 24 cm
Thighs: 53 cm
Hips: 93.6 cm
Body Fat%: 22%
