How do you eat an elephant ....

... one bite at a time. That's been my saying this week. Our two lab assistants have been out sampling the last week and will continue again next week so I suggested that I take time out of my normal duties to do their work (or at least try and keep the work flowing). There are a mountain of samples and while I keep plugging away it seems as though more turn up. I refuse to get stressed about it as I can only do what I can in the time that I have. The unfortunate thing is that my own work is suffering.
