I survived what Liz calls the 'Psycho Bike/Leg Complex'. I have to admit I really had trouble walking afterwards and my whole body was shaking while I was doing abs - and it felt great! I love training that hard and its been so long since I've pushed myself that much. I was meant to do 30 seconds of jump squats but my body said enough after 25, I wish I could have pushed myself harder.
I have zig-zag intervals on the tready this arvo which I'm looking forward to. I should be nice and sweaty for the Kindy Dad's/Working Mum's Night at Missy T's kindy!
