48.6 kgs!
My weight has fluctuated a little over the last few days hovering around the 49 - 49.3 kg. I was getting a bit disillusioned with it all and yesterday felt like throwing in the towel. I figured I have spent so much money on this thus far that to give up now was a waste of my time and money and decided to keep at it. I was happy this morning to find that my weight has finally dropped into the 48's.

Hi Michelle, I get my licorice tea from the health-food section of Coles. I will post a pic of it in my blog so you know what to look for. Hang in there!
