I've hurt my ankle again. It sounds so stupid but I was lying on the lounge and had a big stretch and felt it snap. So I'm hobbling around again and resting it as much as I can (which is a bit hard at work). Between my knees and ankle cardio has been a bit of a no-go recently and while my weight is pretty stable I'm going through a little panic about gaining too much fat. I'll try to book myself into the physio next week and get it fixed once and for all.
