We are currently in Week 8 of the 12wbt. Four weeks to go and after fluffing around during the challenge I would really like to finish strong, no scratch that, I AM going to finish strong. I want to be fit for the Group Training Sesh (and the morning RPM class). I know these types of challenges may not be everyones cup of tea but I enjoy being part of them. There is such feeling of being part of a team. I love Thursdays when we get our new programs, there is always a sense of excitement and I love pushing myself and realising that I can do things that I never thought I could possibly do.
