Did It!

I survived last night's horror workout.  Okay, I did the scaling options of:

For Time:

10 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
900m 500 m Run
9 Pull Ups
9 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
800m 400 m Run
8 Pull Ups
8 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
700m 400 m Run
7 Pull Ups
7 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
600m 300 m Run
6 Pull Ups
6 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
500m 300 m Run
5 Pull Ups
5 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
400m 200 m Run
4 Pull Ups
4 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
300m 200 m Run
3 Pull Ups
3 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
200m 100 m Run
2 Pull Ups
2 KB Swings 32kg/24kg
100m Run
1 Pull Up
1 KB Swing 32kg/24kg
My total time was 33:05.  The cut off for this workout was 45 minutes which was why I chose to do the scaling option. I didn't believe that I could finish the workout before the cut off.  After doing some calculations, I think I would have finished at around the 60 minute mark so I'm glad I scaled.  I also scaled the kettlebell weight to 12 kg and used the green band for my pull ups (the scaling for pullups is jumping then blue band and then green).
I found the runs tough ... moreso mentally than physically and more than once I wanted to quit but was pleased that I kept going by telling myself constantly that I could do it and that each time would get easier.  I was also really happy with how strong my pull ups and swings felt.
The thing that I am noticing is how much everyone has improved.  Our strength and endurance has improved out of sight.  The girl that was my partner last week had always done jumping pull ups until our partner WOD where she used the blue band and has not gone back to jumping since then.  How awesome is that?!
Today's WOD is Fran.  Last time I did Fran I scaled the reps but this time I will do full reps.  I'm not sure what weight I will be using but am currently thinking 17.5 kg (last time was 15 kg) and green band.
And tomorrow's workout is another Hero WOD ... a new one:
And then I get to rest!
