Here is the third workout of the open, 2 of my favourite exercises (NOT!) and 1 I have no way of doing. I remember saying to one of the trainers at the gym that this open will be a PB each workout and this one is no different. My current wall ball weight is 4 kg so 150 wall balls at 6 kg will be a bit of a stretch but it is exciting to know that I am likely to get a PB tomorrow regardless of my score. My goal is to get through as many wall balls as I can in the 12 minutes and if I can get to the double under stage I will be happy. I'm not concerned with not being able to do the muscle ups as I seriously doubt I will get to that point.
