Dragging My Feet

Today I'm on struggle street and am lacking in some serious motivation.  I went through the motions at the gym this morning and as a result went nowhere near what I could have lifted.  And yet again, kismet was at play because when I got home I read this on Sean Flanagan's Facebook Page:

I have long since realised that I can't 'bring it' to my workouts everyday.  I have peaks and troughs with my energy and need to train according to how I'm feeling at the time.

Hi Michelle! Totally agree! I have some days that are off-kilter, either strength-wise or attitude-wise, but I just continue on! And, quite often, there is still some exercise that shines among the others that are not the gold standard.
