13.5 Again!

I was hoping to never, ever see this one again.  I have bad memories of this WOD from the Open:

2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Open Workout 13.5

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
15 Thrusters 45 kg (30 kg)
15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.

If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.

If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, go directly to the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games. Do not pass go and do not collect $200

Today’s Objective is to get through the 4 minutes into the second or third round. If you do not succeed in getting to 2nd or 3rd round a penalty required.
 
The last time I did this one I scaled to only a 10 kg bar and jumping pull ups and still failed to make it through to the 2nd round and had to do a 2 km row so my plan this time is to scale even further, light dumbbells and jumping pull ups again and hopefully make it through.
