Workout 14.1

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps
WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
55-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

Well there it is!  I'm not great at double unders but I can do them and I can do a 25 kg power snatch.  Overall I'm fairly happy with this WOD.  I know I'm not going to post the best score but it's one that I could repeat in the future and gauge my improvement.  No complaints here.
