Yesterday went well. I had a mediocre dinner but all in all it went fairly well. Trained legs and I must have worked as they were a bit wobbly on my walk (I love that feeling). Anyway, here's what my training:
Fitball squats 1x15 at 5 kg/side, 1x15 @ 10 kg/side, 1x15 @ 12.5kg/side
lunges 2x15 @ 7kg/side, 1x15 @ 19.6 kg/side
Calf raise 2x15 @ 7kg/side, 1x15 @ 19.6 kg/side
Abs
Fitball crunches 3x30
20 minute walk
Food:
1:
Wholemeal muffin with peanut butter
2:
Coffee (not too flash but busy with swimming lessons etc)
3:
Egg white omelette (4 egg whites one yolk) with cheese, chicken, shallots, tomato, chilli and mushrooms
French vanilla yoghurt
4:
Choc mint Pria bar
Apple
5:
Steak with dianne sauce, a couple of wedges, silverbeet sauteed in garlic and carrot.
As you can see it could be better.
