Today is cardio day so this morning I took the dog on a 20 minute run and then finished off with a 10 minute stair run. I used the 7 stairs from the garage to the house. Its very hot here at the moment so I was dripping with sweat by the end of the 30 minutes.
Food today was:
1: Brown rice with the norm.
2: Mango, boiled egg and green tea.
3: Left over spag bol.
4: Pria bar and coffee.
5: Most probably chicken and salad.
Tomorrow is leg day. I don't know why I've left legs until last, I think its the thought of jump squats!
