I've had an up and down week of training this week with the occasional low energy days but finished off pretty strongly. My lats are sore from Wednesday and then yesterday's workouts. My shoulders and triceps are little tender as well, it was a bit hard to do the pushup track at Attack today.
I'm quite tired today as we had the usual Friday arv drinks so it was a late night and then an early morning with my dog barking at the neighbours dogs through the fence. I think a nana nap is on the cards for this afternoon.
