This is Mossy, my training partner. This week he has come with me on a 95 minute walk, a jog and then today is Bootcamp Boogie. I love it when my prescribed cardio includes outdoor activities as it kills two birds with one stone plus its so much more enjoyable than getting on cardio equipment.

Oh my goodness, look at the hair. I wonder if it sheds hair like my dog.
Gosh Michelle, I reckon Mossy would be one heck of a fit dog now.

Thanks Kristy! We think he's pretty cute.
Deb, our back patio is covered in long white hair plus he constantly has grass caught up in it. I swore after the my previous dog (also a border collie cross) that I would never get another long haired dog but my daughter chose him so I guess we'll have to deal with it :o)
Liz, he certainly is pretty fit. I wonder how many dog clients you would get :o)
