Yep, that's been me this week. Over the last few months I have struggled to get out of bed and my head has not been in the game. This week I have been that tired that my joints have ached so, yep, I rested. Food has continued to be pretty good but it hasn't stopped that niggling feeling that I should be training. I do feel much better today so I don't regret not training for a few days.
I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should think about working part-time again. It would be nice to have a day when I can get some things done.
