This Week's Goal

This week is about sleep.  My plan is to get to bed by 9:30 pm which will hopefully keep the munchies at bay as well as keep my energy up for my training.  I find  (as I'm sure is the same with most people) when I'm tired I tend to go for the sugary or high fat foods for that quick fix only to suffer from a low afterwards.  There are also a couple of other things I will be doing to ensure a good nights sleep and they are:

1. Having a cup of herbal tea.

2. Reading before bed.  I find this helps me unwind.

3. Making our bedroom a retreat.  Keeping down the clutter helps relaxation.
