Day 1

Today is fitness day. I had planned to go to Fitbox tonight but I have to give it a miss due to family commitments, instead I did my Cathe Low Max DVD and got a fantastic workout. I have to admit I was pretty darn cranky that on my first day of this challenge I couldn’t do what I had planned but something I need to learn to do is compromise.

I’ve had a positive start to this week. Normally I tend to go a bit overboard in the old food department on the weekend and have a weight gain on Monday. I then spend the rest of the week trying to lose that weight and then begin the cycle again. This weekend, while I wasn’t totally clean I ate well and had a small drop on the scales. A great start to the week
