Week 2 Weigh In

Last week I lost 700 g this week I gained 600 g. I am retaining so much fluid it’s incredible. I think there are a few contributing factors here:

  1. I went to a party on the weekend and while I didn’t go crazy I relaxed with my eating and drinking. By the end of the night I had to take my shoes off due to my feet being that swollen. In saying that, my life is not stopping because of this challenge.
  2. I am eating more carbs than what I’m used to. I’m going to stick to the plan because I’m interested in seeing how my body copes and I would like to see if it stabilizes.
  3. It is so humid here.
  4. I haven’t drunk enough water.
At the end of the day I’m not too stressed about it.
