Week 3 Summary
This week I realised that I'm going okay. I have learnt so much in the last few years and one of those things is to listen to my body. I can go out for lunch with my friends for a birthday celebration and not have cake if I don't feel like it but if I do feel like it I think, "what the hell" and have some with no emotional baggage. I am no longer counting calories as I have better things to do with my time and I know that I am in control of my portion sizes, I eat until I'm comfortably full. I'm feeling strong and fit again something I haven't felt for a long time. Yeah, it's all good.
