This week there was a drop of 200 g which means there has been a loss of 1.6 kg in 4 weeks. I'm expecting a whoosh this week as TTOM has arrived. I'm very happy with my measurements. The overall results are:
Weight: -1.6 kg
Chest: -2 cm :o(
Waist: -4.5 cm
Hips: -3.5 cm
Right Thigh: -3 cm
Left Thigh: -2 cm
Fitness Test:
Time Trial: =
Pushups: +1 (but did boy pushups)
Wall Sit: =
Ab Stage: =
Sit and Reach: +1
I was a little sore from yesterday's weights so I think if I were fresher my wall sit could have improved. I'm already doing advanced abs so there is no room for improvement there.
Overall I'm pretty happy.
