It has been a pretty good week this week. I'm slowly chipping away with my weight down 100 g from last week. I'm not exactly breaking any weight loss records but I'm happy with how things are going. Some days I really don't want to get up at 5 am for our morning walk or run but once I'm out there I appreciate the gorgeous autumn sunrise or the smell of the eucalypt in the air. It's these little things that make it all worthwhile.
