Day 1 Down

I had a minor slip-up yesterday arv and found myself nibbling on some leftover raspberry bullets from Missy T's birthday party. The sad part was I did it without thinking about it. Grrr! On the positive side, I got my workouts done. I find that if I have to split my training into morning and afternoon (usually because I get sidetracked by the computer) I miss my afternoon sesh. Even though we had Mal's parents come over to give Missy T her birthday present, I got my workout done. I also prepped our lunches while Mal was cooking dinner which allowed me to get to bed by 9:30. All in all a good start to November :o)
