I started the week so well with a kick-arse leg sesh at the gym. I increased all my weights and for the day I burnt around 700 cals. Yay me!! But today I have hit a slump and am struggling with motivation. I guess motivation is a 'fair-weather friend' and now is the time to JFDI. Luckily, I have to pick Moo up from dancing at 6:30 so I'm heading to the gym prior to that. I have no option but to get in and get the job done (but I think I would rather a nanna nap!)
