So I'm sitting here listening to the lady who works in the office opposite me saying how she eats a healthy diet AS she is tucking into chips and soft drink which is a daily habit (and let's not mention the amount of takeaway she has). This all started because doc is telling her she is borderline diabetic as well as other health issues BUT it is not her diet because she doesn't eat sweet food. She also complains about how much weight she has put on. Personally, I don't give a toss if you eat crap but be honest with yourself.
