I trained at home last night which is a good thing as I have a lighter, regular bar at home rather than the olympic bars they have at CF. It gave me a chance to do yesterday's WOD which was 10 rounds of 1 power snatch, 3 snatch squats, 5 OH squats. If I went to CF it would have been for form rather than trying to get PBs. I only used my 5 kg bar at home and still managed to get a decent workout as well as improve my overhead squat form. The best thing is the shoulder held up quite well with the snatches.
