Good Things For Today

  1. I did a PB for my sumo deadlift high pulls.  37.5 kg ... BOOYAH!
  2. I'm getting stronger in my pull ups and push ups.  I didn't have too many rests in my AMRAP workout this morning.  I 'no-repped' a couple of my pull ups (I just couldn't get my chin over the bar) but my push ups felt really strong.  Usually it's the other way round.
  3. I only have 3 days of work this week and then I'm off for a week and a half.  Yay for holidays!
