I don't feel any better or any worse for taking last week off training so I have decided to get back into it again. I'm keeping the weights super low and working more on my mobility. The physio has basically said that my erector spinae muscles are really tight and has given me some suggestions for some stretches that will help. Childs pose is a great stretch for the back and I'm going to add it in with my normal daily stretches.

I love that pose. I alweays feel awesome after I've done it and alternated it with cobra.
