This week has been a massive week in the gym and as a result I'm shattered. Today was a fairly low key strength day and I trained at nowhere near my best. I actually felt clumsy and uncoordinated and I made the decision to not complete the strength workout. We had a little 7 min finisher and I scaled back on some of the movements with that as well. As I have said before I don't mind having days where I take it easier, it's a case of listening to my body.
I have to say, though, if anyone asks me what is the best exercise for the butt I would immediately say pistol squats. My glutes are so sore today!
