I was pretty happy with the improvement and considering I forgot I was doing 40 reps and and did 50 reps for the box jumps and jumping pull ups. I had thought of doing 4 kg as I had done previously but the coach wanted me to do 3 kg and the men's height. I wasn't particularly happy about that as I feel like I have made a step backwards.
I think the next time I attempt this one I will be doing 50 reps as I think I can get the WOD done within the 30 minute time limit.
