Another Benchmark WOD

Today we were lucky (?) enough to have to do Filthy Fifty. 
 
For Time:
50 Box Jumps 24″/20"
50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 KettleBell Swings 24kg/16kg
50 Walking Lunge Steps
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press 15kg/20kg
50 Back ext
50 Wall Ball Shots 6kg/10kg
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

I was pretty happy with the improvement and considering I forgot I was doing 40 reps and and did 50 reps for the box jumps and jumping pull ups.  I had thought of doing 4 kg as I had done previously but the coach wanted me to do 3 kg and the men's height.  I wasn't particularly happy about that as I feel like I have made a step backwards.
 
I think the next time I attempt this one I will be doing 50 reps as I think I can get the WOD done within the 30 minute time limit.
