We have Cindy this afternoon. I can't believe how ridiculously nervous I am about doing it so much so that I have thought about not going. Cindy is my favourite benchmark WOD and it's one that I would like to attempt RXD. The last time I did it, mid last year, I did orange band and bench push ups which is 1 step before unassisted so I should be able to do it unassisted, right? Cue freak out. That means RXD ... I'm really not sure if I can do 20 minutes of 5 pullups, 10 push ups and 15 squats. Even if I go for 10 rounds it's a lot of numbers. Can I pull it off? I guess I'll find out in 45 minutes.
