I did it! I did it!

Okay, I may be a little excited!  But I did the benchmark WOD Cindy RXD!  I finished with a total of 10 rounds + 5 pull ups + 4 push ups.  It wasn't pretty.  I had to really focus on not snaking my pushups and because of that Nick suggested that I do singles and shake out after each one because the way I was doing it wouldn't make me stronger and I may as well be doing knee push ups.  My pull ups also had to be done in singles toward the end but I know that I will only get stronger from here.  When you think about it I did 55 pull ups, 104 push ups and 150 squats.

So, so, so happy!
