Workout 14.4

14 minute AMRAP:
60-calorie row
50 toes-to-bars
40 wall-ball shots, 20 / 14 lb.
30 cleans, 135 / 95 lb.
20 muscle-ups

I'm one of the slowest rowers at my gym, the most toes-to-bar I've done is 6, wall balls suck, the clean is over my 1RM and I can't do muscle ups AND I'm happy about this WOD.  Why?  Because I can post a score.  My goal is to get through to the wall balls (and I'm not feeling very confident about that) but they call it a chipper for a reason ... I'll chip away at the reps and if it means doing things in singles then that is the way I'll do it.
Yeah, I'm happy :-)
