Aaargh!

I swear Olympic lifting is the most frustrating thing in the world!  And I also swear that, although I didn't think it was possible, I am actually getting worse at it!  Yesterday was snatch day and I ended up 5 kg lighter than my 1RM and that lift was UGLY!

Today we had a barbell complex of squat cleans and jerks.  Again my lifts were pretty ugly but I got it done but I was still nowhere near my max.  I'm at a loss on what I have to do to improve.  In fact there are so many areas of crossfit where I've hit a massive plateau and it really is starting to get me down a little.  I guess as with so many facets of life it is a matter of grinding away and hope that the improvements eventually come.
