Cindy

I know I say this all the time but I LOVE Cindy.  No matter how crappy the rest of my crossfit is going, Cindy always shows me that I'm making some improvements.  Today I did it RXD for the second time.  Usually I get so nervous prior to a benchmark workout but today I was feeling really calm, it was good to not waste precious energy on nerves.

Today my focus on good form in my push ups and ensuring my chin got over the bar each time for the pull ups.  I was glad that Damo came outside (I was doing the WOD on the pull up rig outside) and called me on snaking my push ups as I got fatigued.  It's great that all my coaches are sticklers for good form. 

Anyway, I was super happy that I got an extra round out today.  It was hard and I grunted through every pull up and push up.  Toward the end I was doing them in singles and was glad to get to the squats for a bit of a rest (plus a chance to make up time).
